  • A Reiki session is a deeply relaxing and calming experience. You'll remain fully clothed and may be asked to lie down on a comfortable table. During the session, I will gently place my hands on or near your body in various positions, focusing on different energy centers. You may feel a warm or tingling sensation where my hands are placed, or you may simply feel deeply relaxed.

  • Many people find that Reiki helps them release tension and stress, promotes a sense of peace and well-being, and can even lead to emotional release. Some clients also experience a deeper connection to their inner self or higher consciousness during a session.

Myofascial Release 

Myofascial release  is a specialized hands-on therapy that utilizes light pressure and traction. It focuses on areas of tightness in the fascia, allowing for greater freedom of movement and improving overall quality of life. 

Here's what typically happens during a Myofascial Release session: 

A myofascial release experience can vary from person to person, but it is generally described as a gentle yet profound therapy. During a myofascial release session, you may experience:

  • As the fascia begins to release and relax, you may experience a release of tension and an increased range of motion in the affected areas. Gentle stretching or pulling sensation in these areas, but the pressure will never be painful. During a session, I will apply sustained pressure to specific areas of your body where restrictions in the fascia are present. I will customize the treatment to your specific needs and comfort level to ensure you have a positive and beneficial experience. 

  • Each person's experience with myofascial release technique is personal, feeling more relaxed, balanced, and free of pain after a session. It’s important to engage in gentle stretching or movement to help maintain the flexibility of your muscles and fascia.


Deep Tissue Massage 

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique that targets the deeper layers of muscle. It involves deep pressure and slow strokes to release restricted areas and knots in muscles, helping to alleviate chronic pain.

Here's what typically happens during a Deep Tissue Massage session: 

A deep tissue massage can be a therapeutic experience for each individual, but there are some common aspects that many people may experience: 

  • Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.

  • During a deep tissue massage, the massage therapist will use slow methodical strokes to relieve stiffness from the deepest layers of your muscles. This can help to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.

  • While deep tissue massage can be more intense than a Swedish massage, it should not be painful. It's important to communicate with your therapist about the level of pressure you are comfortable with.


After a deep tissue massage, you may feel sore for a day or two, but you should ultimately feel relief from your chronic aches and pains. Drinking plenty of water after a deep tissue massage is also important to help flush lactic acid out of the tissues.


Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a classic and relaxing form of massage therapy that uses long, rhythmic strokes to help relax muscles and improve circulation. It's a gentle and soothing massage that's great for reducing stress in the body.

  • During the massage, I'll use a combination of long strokes, kneading, and rocking to help relax your muscles and improve circulation. The pressure can vary from light to medium, depending on your preferences.

  • You may feel a sense of relaxation and warmth as your muscles relax. Some people also experience a sense of calm and well-being during and after the massage.


After the session, allow yourself time to rest and relax after the massage. Your body may need some extra rest to fully benefit from the treatment.


Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage is a supportive and nurturing specialty massage designed for expectant mothers, alleviating physical and emotional discomforts that can come with pregnancy. It’s a beautiful way to take care of yourself and connect with your baby. 

What should I expect during a session? 


Prenatal massage is a specialized massage therapy that can help relieve some symptoms associated with pregnancy, such as back pain, swelling, and fatigue. Here's what you can expect during your session:


  • During the massage, you'll typically lie on your side with pillows supporting your belly and legs. This position is comfortable and safe for both you and your baby.

  • I'll use soothing strokes to help relax your muscles and improve circulation. The pressure will be adjusted to your comfort level, and I'll avoid areas that may be sensitive or risky during pregnancy.

  • You may feel a sense of relaxation and relief from discomfort during the massage. Many women find prenatal massage to be a calming and nurturing experience.


After the session, a warm bath can further relax your muscles, enhance the effects of the massage, and help you stay hydrated. 


Couples Massage

Couples massage is the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation experience with a holistic focus. Relax side by side with your loved one in a tranquil setting from head to toe using a combination of techniques designed to nurture your body and mind. 


Here's what typically happens during a Couples Massage session: 

A couples massage can be a wonderful and intimate experience for partners. Here's what you can expect: During a couples massage, you and your partner will each have a massage therapist who will perform a massage tailored to your individual needs.


The therapists will leave the room to allow you and your partner to undress to your comfort level. You'll be in the same room as your partner, allowing you to share the experience together. Throughout the massage, you and your partner can enjoy the soothing music, dim lighting, and overall peaceful ambiance of the room. We will use aromatherapy oils to enhance your experience. 

Toward the end of the session, the therapists will signal that the massage is ending. They then leave the room to allow you and your partner to dress in privacy.


After the massage, you and your partner may feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. To maintain the benefits of the massage, consider scheduling regular massages for you and your partner.


Custom Massage

Custom Massage is a unique style that intuitively integrates Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, and Reflexology. It utilizes a combination of techniques ranging from Western therapeutic bodywork to an Eastern healing approach rooted in energy balancing.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is an ancient therapy that uses heated stones to melt away tension and soothe sore muscles. The therapist places smooth, heated stones on specific points of your body and may also use them to massage your muscles. The warmth of the stones helps to increase circulation and relax your muscles, allowing the therapist to work more deeply and effectively.


Here's what typically happens during a Hot Stone Massage session: 


  • During your hot stone massage session, you can expect a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience. 

  • t's important to stay hydrated before and after a hot stone massage to help your body flush out any toxins that may be released during the massage.

  • The stones become an extension of our hands and hot stone melts away the tension.


After the massage, the therapist will leave the room to allow you to slowly re-orient yourself.  They may recommend drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated as the stones can release metabolic waste. 


Hot & Cold Stone Massage

Hot & Cold Stone Massage is the application of either hot and chilled stones to the body for the purpose of detoxification and promote healing.


Hot & Cold Stone Massage is a massage technique that uses both hot and cold stones to promote detoxification and healing. 


Here's what typically happens during a Hot & Cold Stone Massage session: 

  • During a Hot & Cold Stone Massage session, smooth, heated stones and chilled stones are placed on specific points on the body to help relax muscles and increase circulation. The therapist may also use the stones as massage tools to apply pressure and work out tension in the muscles. The combination of hot and cold temperatures can provide a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience.
