Healing Beyond the Physical

At Spirit & Body Work, every session is intentionally designed to support your body through skilled, intuitive touch.

 

We begin with grounding, compression-based bodywork to calm the nervous system, enhance circulation, and prepare the body for deeper work. Each session is thoughtfully layered using techniques such as Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Swedish massage—supporting the body in releasing tension, restoring balance, and moving with greater ease.

 

In addition to custom massage, I offer specialized therapeutic modalities including Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, and Reiki—designed to support more focused, outcome-based work.

 

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is offered as a dedicated treatment and may be performed as a full-body or focused facial session, and may be combined with Reiki. Myofascial Release and Reiki may also be incorporated into a session or offered as focused, standalone treatments.

 

My approach is both intuitive and therapeutic, tailoring each session to your body’s needs while creating a sense of calm, clarity, and connection.

 

Enhancements such as Hot & Cold Stone Therapy, Himalayan Salt Stones, Cupping, Heated Gua Sha, and CBD may be incorporated to further support relaxation and overall results.
