Roxana Torres, owner of Spirit & Body Work, graduated from Hands on Healing Institute in 2014 with an emphasis on myofascial release technique. She chose to become a certified massage therapist after experiencing the positive effects of bodywork while recovering from a work injury. Shortly thereafter, her journey began to unfold in the healing arts.

Roxana gives amazing full body massages at an incredibly reasonable rate. She's based in Sierra Madre and offers a mobile services where she comes right to your living room or workspace. Always prompt and super professional. Also uses hot stones, essential oils and is trained in a range of techniques from Thai to deep acupressure. Treat yourself. It's been a heck of a year!
